About The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of HR systems across Lactalis-Mainland Dairy, driving governance, optimisation and continuous improvement across our platforms.
Reporting to the GM Rewards, you will play a critical role partnering with IT, Group HRIS and external vendors to ensure systems are secure, integrated and delivering value to the business.
In this role, you will:
- Own HR systems governance, including configuration, workflows, security access and controls
- Manage integrations and data flows across internal and external systems, ensuring stability and performance
- Lead testing, release management and change impact coordination with IT and vendors
- Manage vendor relationships, including performance, SLAs, upgrades and enhancements
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver roadmap initiatives and platform improvements aligned to business priorities
- Drive automation, adoption and continuous improvement through standardisation and simplification
- Maintain system documentation, training materials and operational procedures to support shared services ways of working
About You
You are a systems-focused HR professional with strong technical capability and a passion for continuous improvement. You bring structure, attention to detail and a risk-aware mindset, while also being able to engage and influence stakeholders across the business.
You will also bring:
- Proven experience in HR systems governance, administration and optimisation
- Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors (or equivalent) and service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
- Experience managing integrations, data flows and system performance
- Solid understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle data
- Experience in testing practices, release management and system documentation
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management capability
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise, problem-solve and drive outcomes in complex environments
- Tertiary qualification in HR, Information Systems, Business or equivalent experience
