About The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations across our Tullamarine and Campbellfield sites. 

Working closely with site leaders, you'll drive people initiatives that support a safe, engaged and high-performing workforce while providing practical HR solutions aligned to business objectives.

In this role, you will: 

• Deliver end-to-end HR support across both sites, including recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, performance and talent management 
• Partner with leaders to enhance culture, engagement and capability 
• Manage employee and industrial relations matters, including investigations, performance issues and union engagement 
• Coach leaders on people management and organisational effectiveness 
• Lead annual HR processes including performance, talent and remuneration reviews 
• Use workforce data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement 
• Maintain a strong on-site presence across both locations (minimum 4 days per week)
• Partner with HSE to promote safety and compliance

About You

You’re a pragmatic HR professional who enjoys working closely with operational teams and building strong relationships across the business.

You will also bring:

• Generalist HR experience in manufacturing, logistics, FMCG or a similar operational environment 
• Strong employee and industrial relations expertise 
• Experience across recruitment, workforce planning, performance management and talent development 
• Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice 
• Strong coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills 
• A data-driven, solutions-focused approach 
• The ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites 
• A qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
