About The Opportunity
Reporting to the GM Rewards, the Compensation & Benefits Lead will drive the delivery of remuneration and benefits programs across Australia.
This role is responsible for ensuring market competitiveness, governance, compliance and a consistent employee experience while supporting the implementation of Lactalis reward frameworks across Mainland Dairy.
In this role, you will:
- Lead salary reviews, incentive programs, benefits administration, job evaluation and remuneration benchmarking.
- Provide expert advice on remuneration, reward frameworks and international mobility.
- Deliver market insights and analytics to support business decisions.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance and global stakeholders to deliver reward initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with remuneration governance, controls and Australian legislative requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement across reward processes, systems and reporting.
About You
You are a reward professional with strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering practical, data-driven solutions.
You will also bring:
- 3–5 years' experience in Compensation & Benefits, Reward or Remuneration.
- Experience managing remuneration cycles within a complex organisation.
- Knowledge of Australian remuneration practices, legislation and governance requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HRIS platforms and advanced Excel.
- Experience in job evaluation and market benchmarking; exposure to Mercer or Korn Ferry methodologies is desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
