The Opportunity

We are seeking HC‑licensed Milk Collection Drivers to join our Farm Milk Collection team based in Stanhope, Victoria, servicing the surrounding regional area.

This is a seasonal contract role, offering the opportunity to be part of a critical operation during peak production periods.

This role is critical to ensuring the safe, timely and accurate collection of raw milk from farm gate to factory. You’ll be part of a professional, safety‑focused operation supported by a modern fleet of 45 trucks (average age just 2 years), NHVR Mass Management and Maintenance accreditations, and CMV‑supported workshops equipped with the latest milk metering and sampling technology.

This is a hands‑on, operational role well suited to experienced heavy vehicle drivers who take pride in safety, quality and representing a trusted dairy brand. Key Responsibilities include:

• trip vehicle inspections, identifying and reporting maintenance or repair requirements
• Operate heavy vehicles safely and efficiently in line with transport legislation and company policies
• Collect raw milk from local farms and deliver to designated receiving facilities in line with quality and hygiene standards
• Accurately complete run sheets, records and Heavy Vehicle National Law work diaries
• Identify and report hazards, near misses and incidents to support continuous safety improvement
• Mainland Dairy professionally, delivering excellent customer service and acting as a brand ambassador

About You

You are a reliable and safety‑focused professional who enjoys working independently while being part of a regional operational team. You can demonstrate:

• A current HC or MC licence (essential)
• Proven experience driving heavy vehicles
• Strong commitment to safety, compliance and quality

• Flexibility and reliability to work across varying shifts and seasonal requirements
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and technology
