Mō tēnei tūranga | About the Opportunity 
We're looking for a Data & AI Business Integration Analyst to join our COO Data & AI team in a role that sits at the centre of how Data & AI is applied across operations. 

This is an exciting opportunity to work across business, Data & AI and technology teams, helping connect priorities, people and initiatives to ensure our efforts are aligned and focused on delivering meaningful business outcomes. 

You'll partner closely with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and opportunities, bring clarity to complex problems, and help shape a more connected approach to data, systems and AI across the organisation. 

As a trusted connector and collaborator, you'll play an important role in aligning priorities, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring work across the Data & AI portfolio continues to move forward with focus and momentum. 

Alongside this, you'll coordinate communications and materials for senior leaders, providing visibility of strategic alignment, opportunities, progress and priorities across the portfolio. 

This role offers broad exposure across operations and provides a unique opportunity to influence how Data & AI supports the future of our business.

You enjoy working across teams, building relationships and bringing structure to complex or ambiguous situations. 

You are naturally curious, proactive and outcome-focused, with the ability to connect ideas, people and work to create clarity and alignment. You're comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels and have a talent for turning information into simple, meaningful insights and messages. 

To be successful in this role, you'll bring: 
  • Experience working within complex business environments and across multiple stakeholder groups 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills 
  • The ability to influence and align stakeholders toward shared outcomes 
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities 
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate competing priorities 
  • Confidence working through ambiguity and helping others navigate it 
  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives or programmes of work 
  • Exposure to data, digital, technology, operational improvement or transformation initiatives would be advantageous, but is not essential.
