About the Opportunity | Mō tēnei tūranga
We have an exciting leadership opportunity to ensure the successful execution of logistics operations across our supply chain network.  

As the Operational Execution Manager SI you will lead a team of Operational Logistics Specialists, driving excellence in product movement, service delivery and operational performance.  While also supporting the Logistics Execution Manager in standardising and simplifying processes, ensuring seamless collaboration with our broader Logistics Planning teams.
  • Lead the execution of regional logistics plans, ensuring DIFOT, cost, working capital and service targets are consistently achieved.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team thorough coaching, succession planning and a culture of continuous improvement and empowerment.
  • Partner with distribution centres, logistics planning teams and third-party providers to deliver seamless supply chain execution and optimise operational outcomes.
  • Take ownership of key operational processes, managing risks, resolving constraints and driving standardisation and simplification across execution activities.
  • Influence strategic supply chain performance through strong stakeholder relationships, continuous improvement initiatives, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

This role can be based in either Auckland or Hamilton.           

About You | Mōu
In addition to your experience in leading strategy and executing supply chain logistics, you will demonstrate strong people leadership and development skills.  This role is fast-paced and involves working with a diverse range of stakeholders, so the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment is essential.

You will also possess proficiency in business systems and operations, exhibit strong business acumen and adopt a collaborative approach with a customer-focused mindset.
