About the Opportunity | Mō tēnei tūranga
We're seeking someone with strong analytical capability and a deep grounding in te ao Māori to help shape the insights, governance and strategic advice that underpin Fonterra's Māori Strategy function.
This role provides the connective tissue across the wider Māori Strategy team, bringing together data, stakeholder insights, policy developments and organisational information to support high-quality decision-making. It also supports governance processes, reporting, planning and the development of tools and resources that enable kaupapa Māori priorities to be embedded across the organisation.
About You | Mōu
The successful person will be equally comfortable working with data and information as they are applying mātauranga Māori, tikanga and strategic thinking to complex challenges. Fluency in te reo Māori me ōna tikanga is a key requirement for this role.

- Experience in insights, governance, policy, reporting or strategic coordination
