Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt op basis van vooraf afgestemde taken, die dagelijks kunnen variëren afhankelijk van de prioriteiten.

Operationele taken:

• Bedienen van installaties.
• Voorbereiden van kleine en grote onderhoudsstops
• Uitvoeren van eerstelijnsonderhoud
• Verbeteringen aandragen op gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit en continuïteit

Ondersteunende werkzaamheden:

• Voorbereiden van werkvergunningen (PTW)
• Uitvoeren van LMRA’s
• Controleren van glaslijsten en uitvoeren van 5S-rondes
• Reviewen en bijwerken van SOP’s
• De prioritering gebeurt altijd in overleg met de dienstdoende Shift Leader en kunnen per dag varieren.

• MBO-4 werk- en denkniveau (bij voorkeur richting levensmiddelentechnologie of procestechniek) of VAPRO-C
• 1-3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie
• Ervaring met PLC-gestuurde productiesystemen
• Proactieve, communicatief sterke teamspeler die ook zelfstandig werkt

What will you do?

You will work based on pre-agreed tasks, which may vary daily depending on operational priorities.

Operational Responsibilities:

• Operating production installations and equipment.
• Preparing for both minor and major maintenance shutdowns.
• Performing first-line maintenance.
• Suggesting improvements in the areas of safety, quality, and operational continuity.

Supporting Activities:

• Preparing Permit to Work (PTW) documentation.
• Conducting Last Minute Risk Assessments (LMRAs).
• Checking glass registers and carrying out 5S audits/walkthroughs.
• Reviewing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• The prioritisation of tasks is always determined in consultation with the Shift Leader on duty and may vary from day to day.

What do you bring?

• MBO Level 4 working and thinking level (preferably in Food
• Technology or Process Technology) or a VAPRO-C qualification.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with PLC-controlled production systems.
• A proactive and communicative team player who is also capable of working independently.
