About the Opportunity

We are looking for Process operators, who will be working on a rostered shift pattern at our Eltham Bridge Street site. 

This is a fantastic opportunity if you are serious about advancing your career and keen to be part of a highly motivated and supportive team.

As a Process Operator, you'll be working on the factory floor with your key responsibilities being:

  • Operating of machinery inside and out of high hygiene zones
  • Performing quality checks to ensure production meets world class standards
  • On the go problem solving, defect handling and continuous improvement.
  • Accurate recording of production information through SAP
  • Flexible and open to upskilling and cross training in other area
Hours of work are 5:30am-5:30pm on a 4on 4off roster.

About You

Your strong mechanical aptitude, planning and sound problem-solving skills will ensure things run smoothly; you won’t just find the problem, you'll be part of finding and implementing the solution.

Ideally you will bring food manufacturing experience however we are open to machine operation experience gained in a different industry.

Together with a can-do attitude and good work ethic, you’ll be able to demonstrate a background of:

  • Operation of high speed and complexity machinery
  • Prior food safety and food handling experience, powder batching or distribution center experience
  • Strong focus on health and safety
  • Computer literacy, SAP experience is desirable
  • Working in an environment where you need to be physically fit and able to lift 25kgs
