About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Finance Analyst to join our Global Markets – Consumer & Foodservice team. In this role, you will contribute to financial research, insights, and analysis that help shape strategic business decisions across markets, brands, and channels.

This opportunity will appeal to someone who is naturally curious, thrives when working with complexity, and brings strong foundational finance experience within FMCG. 
 
Reporting to the Director of Finance & Supply Chain (SEASA), your key accountabilities include:

• Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting to support decision making 
• Consolidate forecasts, risks and opportunities across markets 
• Gather, analyse and interpret financial and operational data 
• Provide meaningful, data led insights that support business prioritisation 
• Support process documentation and improvement initiatives 
• Partner with market and regional finance teams to ensure consistent, high quality information flow 
• Work with emerging systems and contribute to continuous improvement
 
About You

We want to hear from driven and ambitious finance professionals who bring a passion for learning, growth, and making meaningful impact. 

You will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Previous experience working as a Finance Analyst, within a global FMCG company 
• The ability to operate with agility, adapt quickly, and work confidently through ambiguity 
• A growth mindset and desire for career progression, with plenty of opportunity for development in this role 
• Experience working with emerging or evolving systems, processes, or data environments 
• Strong capability in data collection, collation and analysis 
• Commercial and business acumen, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights 
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills 
• A collaborative approach and eagerness to be part of a high performing team
