About the Opportunity
Step into a newly shaped role at the heart of our commercial engine, where your analysis, reporting and system savvy insights will empower Commercial Managers to operate more strategically. Reporting to the Head of Commercial - Domestic Sales this is a development pathway toward senior commercial roles and a chance to make a visible impact as we unify reporting through upcoming system and organisational change. You will:

  • Lead monthly cycles and weekly routines, delivering accurate, timely commercial reporting that leaders rely on to make decisions
  • Build and maintain unified Power BI dashboards and Excel assets, strengthening data quality, consistency and self service across the team
  • Analyse customer performance trends and surface opportunities, turning complex datasets into clear recommendations that improve value outcomes
  • Partner closely with Commercial Managers to provide proactive insights, enabling sharper planning, pricing and portfolio choices
  • Triage and deliver project/ad hoc requests for internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, directors), ensuring crisp outputs and fast turnaround

About You
You’re a data driven go getter who thrives in structured reporting and enjoys getting into the detail - then stepping back to tell the story that moves the business forward. Ambitious and curious, you’re ready to build strong commercial foundations and grow beyond an analyst remit. You will bring:

  • Strong Power BI capability - from model build and DAX to designing intuitive, self serve dashboards
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., PowerQuery/PowerPivot, complex formulas, scenario modelling)
  • Experience with SAP/ERP and internal reporting systems is advantageous 
  • Data/analyst background in finance, supply chain or sales
  • Confident in stakeholder partnering with a proactive mindset - you spot trends early, raise them constructively, and follow through to action
