About the role

  • To support the achievement of the organization’s strategic and business objectives for Anmum portfolio through the development and execution of data‑driven, well‑structured, and innovative Marketing plans. This role drives brand growth, strengthens equity, and ensures strong consumer and customer engagement across all touchpoints.
  • Brand Planning
  • Proactively seek new opportunities and develop business plans for the brand in line with the overall OpCo business plan and Category strategic plans and objectives.
  • Develop annual budgets/targets for market shares, brand awareness, volumes, revenue and marketing expenditure for the brand.
  • Brand Activation/Equity
  • Develop and execute integrated brand plans within budget and timelines, ensuring strong consumer relevance and differentiation.
  • Build and manage effective working relationships with business partners, internal and external, to achieve brand objectives.
  • Maintains and reflect consistent brand identity by consistent execution over time.
  • Monitor scorecard performance, analyse market dynamics, and recommend responsive marketing actions.
  • Monitor, review scorecard performance and recommend appropriate marketing plans and activities in light of changes in the external and internal environment.
  • Monitor and review the cost effectiveness and efficiency of advertising, media, and promotional activities, outside suppliers and agencies (e.g. advertising).
  • Manage the development of CRM strategies and programmes to deepen consumer relationships, enhance loyalty and retention, and build long‑term brand equity through personalised, insight‑driven engagement.
  • Category & Channel Planning (Sales and Operations Planning)
  • Maintains a close working relationship with the sales team, trade marketing and customers. Attends S&OP meetings and work with trade marketing to align and integrate marketing programmes with sales.
  • Integrates shopper behaviour in different channels, knowledge of key trade terms, structures and accounts when developing and implementing brand activation plans.
  • Product Innovation
  • Proactively seek new opportunities for the brand as inputs into OpCo’s long term strategic plans.
  • Lead and/or participate in cross-functional teams, with application of Phase-Gate process for new product development projects
  • Consumer Insight
  • Develop understanding of consumer insights via planning and implementation of consumer research programmes.
  • Implements consumer insights through brand and customer plans to address business and brand needs.
  • Develop and maintain a full understanding and complete knowledge of dairy-based products and the market environment in which they compete.

About You
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Additional certification in Brand Management, Digital Marketing, CRM, or related disciplines is an advantage (not mandatory).
  • Minimum 3-5 years brand management experience gained from a fast–moving consumer goods company.
  • Experience in dairy/paeds category/reputable brands portfolio would be an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in brand planning, brand activation/equity, digital marketing, category & channel planning, product innovation and strong consumer insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills and able to work well with cross functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Result-driven, fast, proactive, able to think strategically and good leadership ability.
  • Strong project management capabilities; detail-oriented and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work proactively, deliver results, and lead initiatives with minimal supervision.
