About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Sales Manager, South West to lead our high performing Foodservice sales teams across Victoria, South Australia (including Northern Territory) and Western Australia. 

This is a key leadership role within Foodservice, responsible for delivering budgeted volume and value targets as well as driving strategic growth across both distributor and end user channels.

You will lead, coach and develop a geographically dispersed team of Distributor Managers and Regional Account Managers, building capability, driving accountability and lifting performance across the region.

Reporting to the GM Foodservice Sales – Australia, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening customer relationships, championing customer centricity, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement and commercial excellence.

As the Sales Manager, South West, your key accountabilities include: 

  • Lead, develop and inspire a high performing sales team across VIC, SA/NT and WA. 
  • Build people capability through coaching, mentoring and performance development.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities; strengthen partnerships with priority customers. 
  • Champion technical product knowledge and Dairy Solutions expertise within the team.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and joint business planning.
  • Manage trade spend effectively and ensure promotional activity delivers strong ROI.
  • Provide market, distributor and state performance insights.
  • Support accurate S&OP forecasts and commercial planning.

About You

We’re looking for a driven, influential and commercially strong leader who thrives in fast paced, growth focused environments.

You will bring:

  • 7+ years’ experience in distributor or account management.
  • Proven people leadership experience, with a passion for developing high performing teams.
  • Strong Foodservice, FMCG or food industry experience.
  • Commercial acumen, problem solving skills and strong analytical capability.
  • Experience with Foodservice National Accounts (preferred).
