About the role

Reporting to the Country Head of Foodservice, this role combines advanced data analytics expertise with end-to-end supply chain leadership to drive sales operations performance and business decision-making. 
 
This is a specialist capability-led role, anchored in Power BI, data automation, and system integration, while also leading operational teams to ensure seamless execution from planning through to delivery. 

Working with the other stakeholders, this role supports translating strategy into disciplined execution ensuring strong planning, data-driven decisions, and operational excellence to deliver reliable service, cost efficiency, and consistent commercial performance.

Key Accountabilities
1. Data analytics, Performance Management & PowerBI leadership
  • Lead data analytics for Sales & Operations, developing, driving PowerBI dashboards and automated reporting solution
  • Design and deliver real-time performance dashboards across sales, demand, inventory, and service levels, define KPIs for consistent tracking.
  • Driving data automation and standardization, reducing manual reporting and improving data accuracy
  • Identify performance gaps and drive improvements in service, cost, and operational efficiency 

2. Operations Management
  • Own end-to-end supply chain management process comprising logistics & warehouse management, customer service and planning.
  • Improve demand forecasting, order fulfilment and service levels through analytics.
  • Proactively manage supply risks, cost efficiency and supply reliability
  • Lead end-to-end sales operations, ensuring strong alignment between commercial plans and execution 
  • Enable revenue growth through reliable and efficient operations

3. Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence
  • Build and lead a high-performing operations team with strong accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing across functional teams Sales, MKT, Finance, and Quality to drive integrated planning and execution while acting as the key link between operations and the wider business.
  • Acts as a key partner to commercial leaders, bridging strategy and execution

About You
  • 8–10 years of experience in sales operations, supply chain, or commercial operations (preferably FMCG / Foodservice)
  • Strong capability in data analysis, KPI management, system, planning tool and business decision support
  • Proven ability to translate data into business decisions and actions
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
