Whether you're early in your career or ready for your next step, Fonterra offers a unique opportunity to grow with a global dairy co-operative that values care, collaboration, and contribution.

Owned by New Zealand dairy farmers and supported by a dedicated team, we are all working together to create a better future. Imagine tomorrow with us, where your career can grow, and you can create positive change

About us | Ki Tua | Fonterra

Launched in June 2023, the Ki Tua Fund (the Fund) is Fonterra’s corporate venture capital (CVC) arm that provides Fonterra access to knowledge, technology, new business models and VC investment ecosystems. The Fund does this via minority equity investments in startups across agtech, value chain tech and food / health tech.

The Fund’s role is specifically focused on breakthrough innovations (vs incremental) across all innovation domains and complements and extends internal research and development (R&D) and ‘breakthrough innovation’ initiatives.

The Fund delivers strategic and financial value by investing in startups that demonstrate strong financial return potential and that operate in the Fund’s focus areas which therefore demonstrate an ability to deliver strategic value to Fonterra.
