About the role

Role purpose:

This role is to support the Channel & Trade Marketing Manager by turning Anchor Food Professional (AFP)’s commercial and brand strategies into practical activation plans that drive business results. It helps strengthen customer loyalty and increase brand and product visibility through effective sales and promotional campaigns. The role also enables AFP’s digital agenda by supporting digital content, marketing, and sales operations. This role contributes to category growth by executing trade marketing priorities across key customer segments.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide support to the channel/marketing team and chef team to ensure the effective execution of marketing activities in line with agreed objectives.
  • Coordinate with agencies and suppliers on the development and production of communications, POP/POS materials, promotional assets, and sales support tools for events and integrated programs (both existing and new products within the assigned portfolio).
  • Collaborate closely with the direct supervisor to ensure timely implementation of promotional and sales support materials.
  • Ensure the seamless execution of events, co‑events, and integrated programs, in full alignment with sales and marketing functions.
  • Integrate offline and online events/programs through digital marketing to ensure consistent communication and synchronized trade execution across channels.
  • Support the direct supervisor in managing A&P budgets as planned and coordinate product sample allocation to the sales tea
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Critical Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of trade marketing, marketing or sales experience in the FMCG industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with creative tools (Photoshop, video editing, online/social media platforms) is an advantage
  • Bilingual in Thai and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
