We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Sales Operations Executive to support key commercial customers, partnering closely with sales and supply chain to translate customer demand into seamless delivery execution. You’ll play a key role in delivering on our customer promise by building strong, trusted relationships with both customers and internal teams, supported by accurate data management and disciplined processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong working relationships with customers and internal teams by ensuring accurate and timely creation of contracts, quotes, and sales orders in SAP.
- Partner closely with sales and supply chain to monitor contract consumption and proactively support order book health.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, working collaboratively to resolve complaints and ensure positive, compliant outcomes.
- Support strong commercial relationships by assisting with invoicing processes and working constructively to manage overdue payments.
- Provide trusted insights and reporting using ECC, CRM, Power BI, and Demand Planning tools, and act as a subject matter expert supporting regional projects and initiatives.
