Mō tēnei tūranga | About the Opportunity 

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Sales Operations Executive to support key commercial customers, partnering closely with sales and supply chain to translate customer demand into seamless delivery execution. You’ll play a key role in delivering on our customer promise by building strong, trusted relationships with both customers and internal teams, supported by accurate data management and disciplined processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong working relationships with customers and internal teams by ensuring accurate and timely creation of contracts, quotes, and sales orders in SAP.
  • Partner closely with sales and supply chain to monitor contract consumption and proactively support order book health.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, working collaboratively to resolve complaints and ensure positive, compliant outcomes.
  • Support strong commercial relationships by assisting with invoicing processes and working constructively to manage overdue payments.
  • Provide trusted insights and reporting using ECC, CRM, Power BI, and Demand Planning tools, and act as a subject matter expert supporting regional projects and initiatives.

Mōu | About You
You’ll bring a tertiary qualification and experience in customer‑facing roles, with a strong ability to build trusted relationships with key commercial customers and internal stakeholders. You’re confident using data and reporting tools to support customer outcomes, with exposure to SAP and Power BI beneficial but not essential. Your strong communication skills, commercial mindset, and attention to detail enable you to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment. You enjoy problem‑solving, working collaboratively across teams, and supporting customer planning and delivery. Experience in demand planning and additional language skills are an advantage.
