Mō tēnei tūranga | About the Opportunity
We have a 10-month fixed term opportunity for a Production Administrator to join the team at our Takanini site reporting to the UHT Compliance Lead.
 
As the Production Administrator, you will be responsible for providing best practice, timely and efficient administration support of production systems ensuring that Plant systems and processes are maintained.
 
In this role you will also assist the Manufacturing Manager and Production Shift Managers in administrative tasks and provides support on daily, weekly & monthly reporting.
 
Other duties include:
 
  • Completes SAP related tasks such as tecoing PI sheets and ensuring traceability is maintained
  • Audits SAP processes and provides feedback / coaching to plant staff as required to ensure system compliance
  • Complete weekly template for KPI reporting, balance scorecard meeting, attend meeting to minute and ensure actions are tracked and completed.
  • Complete reporting requirements for Plant Manager as requested
  • Prepares documents for ease of auditing, e.g RMP & GMP
  • Provide relief support to cover for breaks (when necessary) to efficiently, competently and safety operate machinery and equipment associated with the manufacturer of products utilising IWS Tools
  • Maintain current knowledge of SOP’s and KAM’s to operate machinery.
  • Ensure working area is kept clean and tidy at all times while covering
 
Please note this role will be a 10-month fixed-term opportunity, working from 7am – 7pm on 2-2-3 rotating roster pattern.
          
Mōu | About You
Coming from a strong administration background, you will have a passion for getting things sorted. Whilst maintaining sound, accurate systems is pivotal to this role, other ideal skills include:
 
  • Intermediate level in Microsoft Office applications
  • Previous SAP experience is preferred but not essential
  • Experience in version control of documents and record keeping systems, general administration duties
  • Great communication and an ability to speak with a variety of people at various levels of the business
