Mō tēnei tūranga | About the Opportunity
This role is responsible for leading performance and process improvement initiatives within the Supply Planning team and across the wider S&OP value chain. You will champion the implementation of Operations of the Future change initiatives, focusing on process optimization, performance reporting, and governance uplift.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead S&OP Transformation: Design and embed lead indicator dashboards for hero metrics, roll out new S&OE management systems, and uplift governance using the RAPID framework.
  • Manage Planning Systems: Own and enhance the Supply Planning Management System and facilitate integration with other management systems.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and insight packs to support decision-making across S&OP and S&OE forums.
  • Process & Performance Improvement: Maintain process documentation, track improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of planning and system analysts to drive insights and capability across the value chain.
  • Build and maintain reports with insights and analytics to provide actionable recommendations and enhanced performance across the relevant forums

You are an experienced supply chain professional with a passion for data-driven decision-making and process improvement. You thrive in a collaborative environment and have a proven ability to lead change initiatives.

What you’ll bring:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP or PMP/PRINCE2 are desirable.
  • Strong expertise in supply chain planning, S&OP/E, and production planning.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI and data analytics.
  • Experience with planning tools and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP IBP, Anaplan, Kinaxis)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Prior leadership experience driving cross-functional collaboration and change initiatives.
