We have an exciting opportunity for a Pricing Process Excellence Manager to join Global Ingredients, playing a key role in strengthening how pricing is governed and executed across the business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys driving clarity through complexity, leading change across multiple teams, and improving processes and ways of working to deliver better commercial outcomes.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Pricing Assurance and Process Excellence, the Pricing Process Excellence Manager is accountable for leading cross‑functional initiatives that standardise, streamline and automate pricing processes and will also help support the activity set around our Supply Agreements and management of our pricing and contracting Business Rules.
You will work closely with the broader pricing team including operations, systems and capability teams, sales teams, finance and technology partners to improve consistency, efficiency and control across pricing activities, while supporting the adoption of pricing governance frameworks and tools.
Key Accountabilities
- Pricing Process Design & Standardisation
Design, document and implement standardised pricing processes that improve efficiency, consistency and control across pricing activities. - Cross‑Functional Transformation Delivery
Lead pricing‑related transformation initiatives, coordinating stakeholders across central and sales teams to deliver agreed outcomes. - Pricing Governance Enablement
Support the embedding of pricing governance frameworks and standards into day‑to‑day operations, ensuring teams understand and consistently apply requirements. - Continuous Improvement & Automation
Identify opportunities to streamline pricing processes and reduce manual effort, partnering with Pricing Operations and Technology teams to progress automation initiatives. - Change Adoption & Capability Uplift
Enable successful change adoption through clear communication, training and stakeholder engagement, ensuring new processes are embedded and sustained.

- Strong capability in process design and continuous improvement
- Experience leading cross‑functional change or transformation initiatives
- Confidence managing ambiguity and applying sound judgement in complex environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A pragmatic, delivery‑focused mindset with attention to control and governance
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 6–10+ years’ relevant professional experience
- 3–6 years’ experience planning and managing work to deliver defined outcomes
- Experience in pricing operations, pricing governance, process improvement or automation is highly desirable
