We’re on the hunt for a highly skilled Personal Assistant to keep our GRACE team (Governance, Risk, Audit, Communications and Events) operating at peak performance. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love variety, and want to play a pivotal role in a team that makes a real impact, this is your chance

In this dynamic role, you’ll be the go-to person for time management, organisation, and seamless coordination, ensuring the Director and their team stay focused on what matters most. Your ability to anticipate needs and juggle competing priorities will make you an indispensable part of the the Governance, Risk, Audit, Communications and Events team.

What You’ll Do

  • Efficiently manage high volumes of email correspondence, ensuring timely responses, prioritisation of urgent matters, and accurate organisation to support seamless operations
  • Own diary management and keep schedules running like clockwork
  • Deliver polished correspondence, reports, and presentations with speed and accuracy
  • Maintain smart systems for database and knowledge management
  • Craft clear agendas and capture key outcomes from meetings and events
  • Coordinate major meetings, events, and complex travel arrangements
  • Manage reporting, expenses, purchase orders, and cost centres
  • Support the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Board of Directors
  • Handle Board travel, catering, and logistics
  • Provide secretariat support to Committees and Incident Management when needed

You’re an experienced EA or PA who knows what it takes to support senior leaders. Discretion and confidentiality are second nature to you. You stay calm under pressure, think on your feet, and thrive on variety.
