About the role

Reporting to the Head of Operations – SEA, the Operations Project Manager – SEA is responsible for leading advanced analytics and the end‑to‑end Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process across Southeast Asia. 

The role drives the development of standardized, automated, and insight‑led reporting through Power BI to enable timely, high‑quality commercial and operational decision‑making. It leads the implementation and continuous improvement of the SEA monthly IBP cycle by embedding agreed demand and financial templates, ensuring effective executive IBP governance, and integrating SEA inputs into the global FS IBP process through close partnership with the global FS team. The role also builds analytics and Power BI capability across all SEA markets while standardising direct and indirect sales reporting.

Key Accountabilities

Project Management 
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of SEA operations projects aligned to regional priorities
  • Manage dependencies, escalate risks and ensure timely, quality outcomes. Embed governance, continuous improvement and sustainable ways of working. 
  • Lead the end-to-end IBP process for SEA
Power BI Dashboarding & Automation
  • Design, build, and optimise Power BI dashboards to support Sales, Supply Chain, and IBP performance management.
  • Automate recurring reporting processes using scalable data models and workflows.
  • Strengthen data quality, governance, and cross market consistency.

Sales & Supply Chain Analytics
  • Provide analytical insights on demand planning, supply performance, inventory health, and sales trends. 
  • Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and S&OP teams to identify risks, opportunities, and operational improvements.
  • Support forecasting, channel performance reviews, and KPI tracking.
Standardising Sales Reporting (Direct & Indirect)
  • Lead the harmonisation and standardisation of sales reporting across SEA.
  • Align definitions, reporting cycles, and data structures to ensure consistency and comparability.
  • Collaborate with market teams to address data gaps and enhance reporting reliability.
Capability Building Across SEA
  • Upskill commercial and supply chain teams on Power BI, data visualisation, and dashboard interpretation.
  • Develop best practice guides, templates, and training materials to support regional adoption.
  • Serve as the regional point of contact for analytical support and Power BI troubleshooting.
Stakeholder Engagement & Ways of Working
  • Work closely with Sales Leads, Supply Chain Leads, Finance Partners, IT/Data teams, and Country Heads to define analytics needs and priorities.
  • Ensure alignment with global and regional data platforms and technology roadmaps.
  • Promote consistent ways of working and embed analytics into decision making across markets
Operations 
  • Support operational leadership within SEA markets as required. 
Critical Skills & Experience:

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Data analytics, AI, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field. 
Experience: 7-9+ years in sales operations, supply planning, logistics, data analytics or supply chain management, ideally in FMCG or foodservice environments. 
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, PowerBI and data analysis skills.
Leadership: Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance operational detail with strategic priorities. Proactive in identifying risks, opportunities, and process improvements.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences
