Mō tēnei tūranga | About the Opportunity
Take the lead in shaping the success of two of Fonterra’s most iconic brands - Anmum and Anlene - across Mainland China, Hong Kong, and CBEC channels. This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver sustainable growth in one of our most dynamic export markets. You will:

  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for Anmum and Anlene, aligned with brand and business objectives
  • Lead core sales operations including order management, demand forecasting, month-end processes, and trade spend tracking
  • Define and execute channel strategies, collaborating with marketing, supply chain, and finance to optimise performance
  • Build and maintain strong distributor and partner relationships through joint business planning and capability development
  • Provide commercial leadership on pricing, promotions, and portfolio decisions, leveraging market insights to identify growth opportunities
 
Mōu | About You
You’re a seasoned commercial leader with a passion for building partnerships and driving results in complex, fast-paced markets. With strong international business experience and a strategic mindset, you thrive on turning challenges into opportunities and influencing outcomes at every level. In addition to this, you will have:

  • 10+ years of customer-facing relationship experience, ideally in FMCG or multinational environments
  • Proven expertise in key account management and international business operations
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills to inform pricing, forecasting, and strategic decisions
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and resilience to navigate diverse markets and evolving dynamics
  • The ambition and readiness to step up into future leadership, with this role offering a clear pathway to move into senior leadership
