Based in our Europe head office in Amsterdam, you’ll be part of a dynamic, international team focused on delivering world-class dairy solutions to some of the region’s largest food and nutrition companies.

About the Role
As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing strategic customer relationships and driving business development across France and Southern Europe. You’ll lead account planning, deliver on volume and revenue targets, and champion our protein portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, incorporating customer insights into strategic planning.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage customer accounts using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, technical, and operations teams.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Manage customer demand planning and ensure supply chain alignment.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of dairy products, import regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Contribute to market intelligence and reporting for global trading insights.

What you'll bring

  • Tertiary qualification in a technical discipline (e.g., Food Science or Engineering), ideally complemented by sales and marketing experience.
  • 7–10 years of experience in dairy ingredients sales or customer management.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in new business development and strategic account management.
  • Fluent in English and French; professional proficiency in Spanish and/or Italian is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools; experience with Salesforce or Customer Central is advantageous.
