  • Foster a culture that embraces uncertainty and promotes best-practice evaluation and decision-making.
  • Coach and mentor a high-performing team, building capability and engagement.
  • Collaborate across Finance and business units to align interests and deliver positive outcomes.

Mōu | About You
You are a strategic thinker who thrives on complexity and can see the big picture while managing detail. With deep experience in corporate finance, investment analysis, or strategic decision-making, you bring strong financial modelling skills and an understanding of large technical projects.
You will bring:
  • A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline (postgraduate qualification preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in strategic decision-making, corporate finance, or investment advisory roles.
  • Proven ability to develop and apply economic models and shape investment cases for large-scale projects.
