Mō tēnei tūranga | About the Opportunity
Reporting into our Export Documentation Manager within our Global Supply Chain team, we are looking for an Export Documentation Coordinator to join our team. Our Export Documentation Coordinators are critical members of the Fonterra Trade Documentation Centre team ensuring the necessary trade documents are processed in a timely manner for the export clearance of every order.
          
Mōu | About You
We are seeking an analytical and detail-driven professional with a strong understanding of international trade documentation. The ideal candidate will have a background in banking, trade finance, or export documentation and be confident in handling complex processes with accuracy.

Key skills and experience:
  • Prior experience in export documentation or a combination of international supply chain studies and work experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex processes, multiple requirements, and strict deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure clarity and accuracy in documentation.
  • Knowledge of international banking and trade finance would be highly beneficial.
Please note: this is a 12-month fixed term opportunity.
