As Experience Lead, you’ll take ownership of how knowledge is designed, governed and experienced through our Āwhina (ServiceNow) platform, ensuring people can easily find the right information and self-serve with confidence.

Working closely with teams across People & Culture, you’ll play a key role in building a trusted, intuitive and high-quality knowledge experience, shaping how we communicate with our people globally.

A few areas of focus will be to:
  • Shape and govern the knowledge experience – ensure content is clear, owned, and consistently maintained
  • Improve access and usability – make it easy for employees and leaders to find and use information
  • Drive continuous improvement – use feedback and insights to evolve content and journeys
  • Enable capability across P&C – build and support a strong network of content contributors
  • Deliver targeted campaigns – provide the right content to the right audience at the right time
  • Own knowledge operations – manage approvals, quality, and feedback channels
  • Enhance onboarding and service tools – keep resources current and easy to use
