Technical Expertise & Support:
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for HSW risk management, providing technical advice and guidance to the Global Health, Safety and Wellbeing (GHSW) team and business units. Support the development and implementation of RCPs for critical HSW risks, including quality assurance for protocols prepared by other SMEs. Collaborate with Global Engineering & Technology on technical safety delivery matters.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Organise and facilitate critical risk learning labs to enhance key control understanding and alignment across stakeholders. Provide advice, coaching, and guidance to stakeholders on HSW risk management practices, including risk assessments, SFAIRP reviews, major hazard facilities, and critical risk conversations.
Policy & Standards Development:
  • Lead the custodianship, development, and maintenance of GHSW critical risk management and control standards, procedures, and guidance.
Assurance Activities:

You will also have:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Health & Safety, Risk Management, or a related field
