Mō tēnei tūranga | About the Opportunity
As a Change Manager, you’ll support the design and delivery of change activity that helps people understand, adopt, and work effectively through change. You’ll work closely with delivery teams, sponsors, and leaders to ensure change is practical, well considered, and focused on achieving intended outcomes.
You’ll operate as a flexibly deployed member of the Change Management Centre of Excellence, working on priority projects and programmes across the Co-op. In this role, you’ll apply and champion enterprise change standards and approaches, while tailoring your work to suit the context and needs of each initiative.
You’ll be responsible for delivering high quality change outcomes, supporting stakeholders through change in a thoughtful and pragmatic way, and helping ensure initiatives are implemented effectively and embedded for long term impact.
Mōu | About You
You bring a practical and structured approach to delivering change, applying change management frameworks in a way that supports adoption and delivers real outcomes. You build trust and credibility with leaders, teams, and stakeholders, and are comfortable influencing others to support behavioural and ways of working change.
You’re well organised and confident managing multiple concurrent change initiatives in fast moving and ambiguous environments. You work effectively within delivery teams, understanding when to lead, when to support, and how to contribute to both team success and the wider Change Management CoE.
You communicate clearly and thoughtfully, tailoring your approach to different audiences, and you’re committed to continuously improving your practice by seeking feedback and applying what you learn, while supporting others to do the same.
