About the Opportunity

Are you passionate about driving category growth and influencing shopper behaviour? Join us as Category Manager – Chilled Spreads, where you’ll lead the category strategy for one of our most dynamic portfolios.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver category thought leadership by leveraging insights to shape our 3-year plan and identify Must Win Battles.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimise in-market execution and support innovation strategies.
  • Engage with key retail customers to influence joint business plans and deliver compelling category range reviews.
  • Manage range optimisation, NPD performance, and shelf standards to ensure we win at the shelf.
  • Provide actionable insights for revenue management and pricing strategies.
  • Facilitate monthly CFPM forum to optimise in-market and business performance & results.

About You

This is a highly visible role that requires strong analytical capability, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the business and with our customers.

You’re an experienced FMCG professional with a passion for category management and shopper insights. You thrive on turning complex data into simple, compelling recommendations that drive growth.

To be successful, you will bring:

  • Degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or related field (Postgraduate/MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years’ experience in FMCG Sales, Marketing, or Category Management.
  • High-level analytical skills and ability to synthesise insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with retailer category management and analytical tools (e.g., IRI, Nielsen, Quantium).
