About You
You’re an established business development or sales professional with experience delivering growth across food or ingredients portfolios, ideally within a regional or global business environment.
You have a proven ability to identify new market opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and expand existing business through thoughtful account development. You’re commercially savvy, comfortable managing targets and forecasts, and confident navigating contracts and customer negotiations.
You’re naturally curious about customers and markets, actively tracking trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs—and you know how to turn those insights into practical, value‑creating opportunities.
You’re a strong collaborator who works well across functions, contributing to product development initiatives, launches, and customer‑led projects. You balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, can manage multiple priorities effectively, and are proactive in managing risks and dependencies as opportunities move from idea to execution.
You’re adaptable, pragmatic, and motivated by delivering tangible commercial results while helping shape future portfolio growth
