Mō tēnei tūranga | About the opportunity

We’re seeking a Junior Project Manager with existing experience managing projects, to join our Tech Office on a contract basis. You’ll support the delivery of multiple smaller infrastructure‑focused projects, such as new connectivity setups, office technology changes, and other light‑to‑medium infrastructure demands.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across several initiatives at once, brings strong structure and organisation, and is looking to further develop PM capability in a supportive, high‑performing tech environment.

You’ll be coordinating delivery across internal teams, vendors and stakeholders, ensuring clarity, momentum, and alignment at each stage of the project lifecycle.

Mōu | About you

You bring:
  • Experience delivering IT projects or workstreams, ideally within infrastructure or technology enabled environments
  • Exposure to infrastructure related initiatives such as connectivity, enduser technology, workplace technology, networks, or platform changes
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously
  • Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal
  • Good analytical, problem solving and prioritisation skills
  • A structured, methodical approach to planning and delivery
This role is perfect for a contractor who enjoys variety, multitasking and structured delivery across smaller yet important technology projects.
