Mō tēnei tūranga | About the opportunity
Join us in a role that shapes how we deliver strategy across the enterprise. As a Functional Consultant for Planview Portfolios, you’ll be at the heart of enabling visibility, accountability, and informed decision-making. You’ll design and optimize solutions for Portfolio Management, Resource Planning, and Financial Tracking, working closely with technology leaders and delivery teams to co-create outcomes that matter. Beyond implementation, you’ll champion user adoption, maintain data integrity, and continuously improve the platform to maximize business value.

This is a two year fixed term contract offering you the chance to influence strategic execution and help drive enterprise agility in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

You’re a skilled Functional Consultant who thrives on turning business needs into practical, scalable solutions. You bring strong technical fluency, business acumen, and a collaborative mindset to every project.

Key Experience Required:

  • 3+ years in a functional consulting role, ideally with Planview Portfolios or similar PPM tools (e.g., Clarity, Microsoft Project, Jira Align).
  • Proven experience configuring and supporting enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of portfolio management, resource planning, and financial tracking frameworks.
  • Skilled in workflow design, governance structures, and creating dashboards aligned to strategic objectives.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and driving user adoption through training and documentation.
