Position Description

What you would be doing:


  • Directly support the achievement of the Learning Agenda for FBL by ensuring the annual learning calendar is run in an efficient manner
  • Develop the annual learning calendar based on need analysis derived from each vertical of the business
  • Conceptualize and design learning interventions based on situational requirements as and when required
  • Liaise with resource facilitators for all logistical coordination and respective payment management for both internal & external training interventions
  • Periodic evaluations of budgets, ROI calculations where required and maintain accurate MIS
  • Maintaining of all Learning related documentation as per internal compliances
  • Directly support the achievement of the Talent Acquisition Agenda for FBL with close collaboration with the Global TA Team
  • Coordinate with all verticals on talent acquisition requirements and be abreast of progress through periodic communication with the Global TA Team
  • Support all TA needs from undergraduate, in-plant trainees and third-party contract needs in close collaboration with respective educational institutes and external vendors
  • Meeting all TA Assignments as per FBL Service Level Agreements through end-to-end coordination with respective HRBPs and Global TA Partner
  • Coordinate pre-employment medical checks as per Talent Acquisition Compliances
  • Support respective HRBPs with new employee onboarding by coordinating respective induction programs customized for each position
  • Maintaining all TA Documentation as per FBL Compliances
  • Supporting in a People & Culture Business Partner capacity when required


Here is what we’re looking for:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management / Business Management or related discipline from a recognized local or foreign university
  • Certification to design and conduct training is preferred
  • 5-7 years’ HR experience within FMCG / Manufacturing
  • 5-7 years’ experience in Learning & Development and Recruitment
  • Strong Leadership, logical-thinking and communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and strong Project Management Skills.
