We are excited to announce a high-impact opportunity to join our team on a permanent basis in Vietnam.
As our Area Sales Manager, Foodservice for the Vietnam Foodservice business, you will play a critical role in driving revenue and profitability through the execution of our Route-to-Market (RTM) strategy, distributor development, and customer engagement. This business is a strategic growth pillar for Fonterra Brands, with ambitious targets to achieve double-digit growth in both volume and EBIT annually.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement RTM strategies tailored to assigned areas.
- Deliver budgeted volume, value, and profitability through secondary and primary sales.
- Lead strategic pricing and optimise trade spend.
- Execute channel plans and customer activation initiatives.
- Drive Joint Business Plans with distributors and monitor performance.
- Oversee daily distributor operations and conduct regular audits.
- Own bottom-up sales forecasting and deliver IBP KPIs.
- Recruit, train, and coach the sales team using AFP’s solution-selling methodology.
- Spend significant time in the field providing hands-on coaching.
Mōu – About you
You are a proven B2B sales professional with experience in a multinational company selling industrial or food products, ideally within the foodservice channel. You bring demonstrated success in distributor, sales force, and customer management, with a preference for experience in dairy product sales.
Your energetic, hands-on approach and analytical mindset will be key to driving execution excellence.
Other key attributes include:
- Diploma or university degree in Business Management or Marketing.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales.
- Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Preferred: Basic cooking and baking skills.
