We are excited to announce a high-impact opportunity for an Insights Manager to join our Global Food Service team in the Southeast Asia region. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that regional market, customer, and consumer insights inform the strategic and commercial decisions of our business. You’ll generate timely, actionable insights that support product innovation, category strategy, brand development, and commercial activation. As a connector between the global insights function and regional stakeholders, you will play a central role in shaping innovation relevance and commercial impact at the regional level.
The role is expected to be based in Singapore or Malaysia, with final location to be determined.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute regional insight plans aligned to business priorities, managing initiatives from customer interviews to formal research studies.
- Deliver actionable insights to support product development and commercial decision-making, presenting findings in accessible and impactful ways.
- Act as the regional insights partner to cross-functional teams, embedding insights into key processes and decisions.
- Monitor the regional competitive landscape and market dynamics, synthesising data to provide timely intelligence.
- Contribute to the global insights agenda and capability building, sharing best practices and supporting the development of shared tools and reporting methods.
Accountabilities:
· Customer Needs/Experience Research: Provide thought leadership, Foodservice customer insights strategy, and oversight for best practice methods and tools that enable strategic insight into customer segments, trends, needs, and expectations.
· Marketing Impact Assessment: Define appropriate metrics, assess activities, and recommend improvements based on metrics and analyses.
· Information and Business Advice: Provide specialist advice on the interpretation and application of insights policies and procedures, resolving complex or contentious queries and issues and enabling others to take appropriate actions.
· Data Collection and Analysis: Make authoritative recommendations that have a significant impact on the business over the short and long term. Recommendations could be technical or professional in nature.
· Insights and Reporting: Establish business-critical strategies to create, present, and communicate high-impact data and analytics insights and recommendations to critical internal and external stakeholders.

You are an analytical, collaborative, and strategic thinker with a passion for transforming data into actionable business insights. You thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and have a proven ability to influence decision-making at all levels.
Other key attributes include:
- Proven leadership in customer needs research spanning B2B, customer, consumer and marketing impact evaluation.
- Extensive experience across quantitative, qualitative, and customer experience methodologies.
- Skilled in navigating complexity, applying business insight, thinking strategically, communicating with clarity, and fostering collaboration
- Delivers expert insights and authoritative recommendations, resolving complex queries with confidence.
- Skilled in gathering, analysing, and presenting data-driven stories that influence stakeholders and drive impact.
- Brings advanced capability across planning, commercial thinking, digital tools, market analysis, and compelling presentations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree or equivalent (Level 7 education).
- Over 10 years of broad and deep experience in insights, research, or related fields.
- 6–10 years of managerial experience, including planning and managing resources within a policy framework.
