Position Description

Role Purpose:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Technician to join our blending team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining blending equipment, ensuring the accurate mixing of ingredients according to specified formulas, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.


Key Accountabilities:

Blending basis

  • Understanding of Infeed Sequence
  • Understanding of Blending Sequence
  • Understanding of the Blending System
  • Understand Load Cell System
  • Able to Acknowledge Load Cell Alarm
  • Able to Operate Touch Screen Panel

Cleaning Management

  • Understand Production Cleaning Procedure
  • Cleaning of mini blender
  • Able to Perform Machine Cleaning
  • Cleaning of piping in blender
  • Able to Perform Cleaning for Dust collector & Vaccum Pump

General

  • Understand Vacuum Lifter Procedure - operate and handling
  • Able To Differentiate the Use of Colour Coded Brushes
  • Able To Differentiate the Use of Colour Tag Microfiber Cloth/Mop
  • Able To Read And Understand Weekly Schedule And PDD (PDD: Product Development Document)
  • Understand of Forms Recording
  • Understand Storage Procedure

Pallet Management

  • Understand and Able to Print Out List of Pallets to be Prepared for Process Order
  • Understand to Perform Batching from Last Ingredient Sequence
  • Able to Perform Batching with Handheld Scanner
  • Able to Identify Raw Materials Powder

Qualifications:

  • SPM diploma or equivalent; further technical or vocational training in a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment, particularly in blending or mixing operations, is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of production processes and equipment operation, with a keen eye for detail and quality control.
  • Commitment to safety standards and protocols.
