Plant Reliability
Execute the Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks as assigned.
Manage the third-party vendor. Issue work permit, JSAA and supervise the job.
Responsible for building, plant facilities and utilities within the plant.
Able to identify abnormalities happened within the plant and take corrective action accordingly.
Ensure housekeeping and 5S are well maintained in the Engineering workshop, technical store, and all the relevant workplaces.
Work closely with other cross-functional departments such as Production, FSQ, H&S, Warehouse, etc.
Directly involved in machinery repair, troubleshooting and rectification, part service, equipment overhaul, etc.
Raise concern if there is any spare part request, abnormal condition and urgent attention needed,
Conduct daily inspection & conduct rectification of plant facility to ensure things are in order.
Consistently work in a safe manner with regard to self, co-workers, and manufacturing systems.
Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
Follow up on Breakdown Elimination through Initial Problem Solving (IPS), Unified Problem Solving (UPS) and other methods such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent repeated events/failures and reduce downtime.
Support stock count activity, fumigation, and audit preparation.
Ensure GMP housekeeping/cleanliness of maintenance store, office, workshop and working tools.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the food industry.
Understand of production operation process with basic H&S knowledge.
Knowledge of basic electrical & mechanical aspect.
The role will be based at Fonterra Susumas, Subang Hitech, Batu 3, Shah Alam.
