Mō tēnei tūranga | About the opportunity 
We are excited to announce a brand-new and high-impact opportunity for an Ecommerce Manager to join our team on a permanent basis in Thailand. 
E-Commerce Manager is responsible for online sales & marketing via key E-Commerce platforms of Fonterra brands management.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop brand E-commerce business strategy, including the product and price strategy, RTM strategy, shopper/consumer experience management and in-store activation management while working closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Be the champion and single point of contact for E-commerce platform in FBT
  • Manage the overall execution and operation of E-commerce initiatives across the FBT digital assets.
  • Formulates a competitive pricing strategy across the FBT consumer milk brands for the E-commerce channel which includes base and tactical pricing and aligns these with the brand and channel managers before execution.
  • Provides guidance to the brand teams on E-commerce best practices, content optimization and trend spotting
  • Manage E-commerce platform partnerships to effectively drive e-commerce sales and ensure growth of sales figures.
  • Develop and implement marketing activities for E-commerce platform partners (CPAS, on platform media, sampling incentives, email marketing programs, search, special offers, bundle, co-campaign with other brands etc) for E-commerce purpose. Make sure e-commerce initiatives fully integrated with digital marketing, CRM or even BTL activities.
  • Develop and roll-out an E-commerce analytics dashboard to track KPIs.
  • On-going analysis of key business metrics including classification and key item sales, traffic, conversion analysis, shopper database growth and shopping behaviour, marketing programs such as search, content, CRM marketing programs and performance to maximize online sales
  • Create and maintain joint business plans with E-commerce platforms or emerging key accounts to grow the online channels
  • Ensure excellent execution levels through the total E-commerce supply chain - distribution, service & delivery
  • Major actions and decisions, which are recommended to a higher level of management for approval.
  • Direction from the Global eCommerce team
  • JBPs with E-commerce platforms
  • Recommendation on share of investment to digital / working A&P
  • Pricing / Discount / Promotional schemes proposals

Mōu | About you 
You have a proven success managing E-commerce channels preferably in the FMCG industry. 

Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Marketing or a related fields
  • At least 3 - 7 years of experience in managing E-commerce channels with proven success
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing digital media for E-Commerce (CPAS, on platform media, SEO/SEM), marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Proficiency in Thai and English languages
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
