Fonterra IT has embarked on a multi-year journey to transform technology to support the Co-op's purpose and desired business outcomes. We need to navigate a complex transition to take best advantage of new and emerging technologies whilst focussing on delivering business value.  


Mō tēnei tūranga | About the Opportunity
 Join Fonterra as our Enterprise Technical Landscape Manager, where you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and stability of our enterprise IT environments. This is a unique opportunity to lead the governance and coordination of environment-related changes across both business-as-usual and project teams.

You’ll be at the heart of our hybrid IT landscape, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption across SAP and non-SAP systems. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to support critical system changes, drive technical alignment, and uphold architectural standards.

This role offers the chance to influence enterprise-wide technology decisions and contribute to the success of major transformation initiatives in a globally recognised cooperative.

You’re a technically astute leader with a deep understanding of enterprise IT environments and a structured approach to environment planning. You have long experience “in the trenches” and are looking for the opportunity define and lead best practice.  You’re someone who doesn’t shy away from challenges.  In fact, you run toward them. You bring strong technical, process, change management, and risk mitigation skills, and you’re motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
  • A deep technical understanding of enterprise IT environments, including SAP and non-SAP systems
  • Proven experience managing complex dependencies across hybrid IT landscapes
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and coordination skills across technical and business teams
  • A structured and proactive approach to environment lifecycle planning
  • Clear and confident communication skills to align diverse teams and drive technical outcomes
