Mō tēnei tūranga | About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a Business Analyst with a designer’s mindset to work across a Data & AI Enablement initiative. This isn’t your typical BA role- it’s all about ways of working, stakeholder engagement, and visual storytelling.

You’ll be the bridge between strategy and execution, helping shape future-state designs and roadmaps that are not only insightful but visually compelling. Think PowerPoint wizardry, quirky design flair, and the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives. You’ll work across a complex landscape, facilitating workshops, aligning to business scorecards, and helping teams see the value and outcomes ahead.

This is a 6 month contract opportunity and are looking for someone who can start asap. 
   

Mōu | About You
You’re a natural communicator who can make ideas stick. You’ve got:
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in large-scale environments
  • A knack for high-level service design and roadmapping 
  • A portfolio (or reputation) for beautiful, strategic PowerPoint design
  • Experience with tools like Miro to map out capability, service status, and delivery plans
  • The ability to connect the dots, take guidance, and build visual narratives of future states
  • Comfort with the language of value, outcomes, and strategic alignment
  • Confidence leading and facilitating workshops
