Mō tēnei tūranga | About the opportunity

As the Senior Capability Consultant – Leadership, you will play a key role in enabling leadership capability uplift across Fonterra. You will be responsible for the design, deployment and stewardship of frameworks, pathways and interventions that build leadership capabilities at all levels of the Co-operative.

Reporting into the GM Leadership and Enterprise Capability, you will partner with senior leaders and People & Culture colleagues to identify leadership development priorities and translate them into scalable and impactful initiatives. You will work closely with learning design and deployment teams to ensure programs and solutions are clearly scoped, evidence-based, aligned to enterprise strategy, and drive the desired outcomes.

Mōu | About you
You’re a strategic and experienced leadership development professional. With a background in Leadership, Organisational Psychology, HR, Organisational Development or Capability consulting, you bring deep expertise in leadership development theories and practices, strong consulting methodologies and a proven track record of developing and delivering scalable and impactful leadership development interventions across multiple leadership levels.

With experience working in or consulting with large organisations in complex environments, you build trust with senior stakeholders quickly, can confidently navigate complex stakeholder landscape and lead large-scale projects at pace.

You collaborate across teams to scope, design and deliver impactful programs, and you bring a structured, outcome-focused approach to execution. You have strong facilitation, verbal and written communication skills. Experience with change management, leadership diagnostics, assessment tools, leadership coaching or executive development would be desirable.
