Mō tēnei tūranga | About the opportunity
We’re looking for a creative digital designer to help us reimagine how learning looks and feels across the Co-op. You’ll design online experiences that are modern, intuitive, and visually engaging—supporting learning that helps people grow, connect, and do their best work.
As part of the Capability Design team, you’ll work across formats and topics—from explainer videos and interactive modules to learning campaigns and onboarding hubs. You’ll contribute from early concepting through to delivery, helping shape ideas and bring them to life through smart, user-focused design.
You won’t be working in isolation or stuck in a production queue. You’ll collaborate closely with learning designers and other specialists, contributing your creative thinking from the start. We’re looking for a team player who’s excited to influence the work, not just execute it.
Mōu | About you
You’re a versatile designer with a strong creative eye and a passion for purposeful design. You bring:
- A relevant qualification in digital design, media production, interaction design, or equivalent experience.
- A strong portfolio across multiple formats (e.g. video, web, motion, interactive)
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma (with the confidence to pick up elearning software)
- A solid understanding of UX/UI and accessibility
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
You’re curious, collaborative, and ready to help us raise the bar.
