As a Senior Capability Consultant – Enterprise Capability, you’ll partner with key business functions to prioritise, scope, shape, and deliver learning and capability initiatives that build critical enterprise capabilities.
Reporting into the GM Leadership and Enterprise Capability, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to surface capability needs and translate them into impactful, practical and outcome-focused solutions. This includes facilitating annual planning and prioritisation discussions, creating capability development roadmaps, creating clear and actional project briefs and preparing initiatives for design. You will work closely with subject matter experts, P&C business partners, learning design and deployment teams to ensure solutions are impactful, aligned with enterprise learning frameworks, and governance processes.
Mōu | About you
While you don’t need to be a subject matter expert in the functional areas you support, your deep expertise in learning, consulting, and capability development will be essential. With a background in Learning and Development, HR, Organisational Development or Capability consulting, you bring strong expertise in adult learning, capability frameworks, and learning ecosystems, paired with a thoughtful and structured approach to execution.
You understand how capability connects to business performance and can effectively align learning initiatives with business priorities. You bring strong consulting skills, with the ability to ask the right questions, clarify needs, and guide stakeholders from insight to action. You’ve successfully scoped and delivered scalable, impactful learning interventions that drove tangible business performance and results.
You’re highly skilled in planning, facilitation, and workshop design. You communicate with clarity, and you work seamlessly across teams to deliver impactful, learner-focused solutions. Familiarity with instructional design and learning technologies is a welcome advantage, as is change management and experience working in a Centre of Excellence model.
