Role purpose
As the Category Revenue Planning Manager – Foodservice, you will play a pivotal role in shaping category strategy across bakery and non-bakery (including QSR, pizza, pasta, and dessert ) channels. You’ll lead strategic planning, portfolio development, and revenue growth initiatives across eight core dairy categories including butter blend, cream, and processed cheese.
This is a high-impact role that blends market insights, customer engagement, financial planning, and new product development (NPD) to deliver sustainable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Category Planning
· Build and execute 3-year category strategies based on market insights, demand-supply dynamics, and portfolio optimisation.
Revenue Growth Management
· Lead pricing strategy, trade spend optimisation, and financial forecasting to drive EBIT and margin performance.
NPD Leadership
· Champion the innovation pipeline from concept to launch, collaborating with R&D, marketing, and sales.
Customer Engagement
· Translate insights from bakeries, QSRs, and restaurants into actionable plans and product solutions.
Capability Building
· Develop training frameworks and branded materials to empower sales teams and support trade marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Bring
- Education: Degree in Food Technology. MBA is an added advantage.
- 3-5 years experience in category or trade marketing, with 2–3 years in foodservice. Dairy experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong commercial acumen and financial acumen
- Proven success in NPD and channel strategy
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights
- Comfortable presenting and influencing across diverse teams
