You know how to ask the right questions, build rapport, and guide stakeholders from insight to action. You’re comfortable conducting needs analysis, supporting project scoping and documentation.
You’re skilled in planning, facilitation, and workshop design. You have excellent time management and organisation skills and adapt quickly to new challenges. Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly across teams are essential to delivering impactful, learner-focused solutions.
