About the opportunity

Joining the high performing Farm Source Service Centre team, you’ll play a critical role partnering with our farmers to drive connection and engagement with the Co-operative. The Service Centre is a key enabler of the Farm Source Strategy and are the most valued touchpoint for farmers outside our stores network. The Service Centre act as key point of difference for our farmers, offering an alternative way to engage with the Co-operative to support in maintaining and growing a world class, sustainable milk supply.


As a Farm Relationship Advisor, you will manage a group of approximately 200 farms by phone, proactively engaging with them on a regular basis and partnering with our field teams to drive farmer engagement and connection with the co-operative.  You will gain broad exposure across both our internal and external customers by providing valuable farmer insights back the business and supporting the co-ordination of onboarding for new farms into Fonterra.


About you

You’ll bring proven experience in building lasting relationships, be comfortable having at times challenging conversations and demonstrated understanding of the principles to build trust and engagement.
