ABOUT THE JOB

 

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to join our Consumer Sales Team in Jeddah looking after GCC Markets.

 

Reporting to the Consumer Sales Director, the purpose of this key role is to drive sustainable business performance in the region across channels through:

 

  • Ensuring excellence in execution across Perfect Store 5Ps 
  • Championing and executing marketing strategies 
  • Building strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, distributor partners and retail customers

 

Role Accountabilities:

 

  • Develop detailed rolling 18-month promo calendar and execution plan in conjunction with Sales leads; lead & track all activities aligned with distributor expectations and feedback.
  • Work with Sales to build Channel development strategy for each market – MT, Supermarkets, Large Groceries, Wholesale, GT, Pharmacy including price strategy development for each channel.
  • Support strategic alignment with key customers and distributors, lead presentation of NPD, development of category rationale and develop customer JBP’s to enhance Sales.
  • Partner with internal/external stakeholders, customers & distributors to support development of distributor scorecard in conjunction with Global Sales Capability.
  • Drive development and execution of Perfect store program, monitoring and driving compliance with distributor partners.
  • Lead for Revenue Growth Management, driving related activities such as Price Pack Architecture, Effective Pricing strategy etc.

 

ABOUT YOU

 

You would possess the following:

 

  • A tertiary qualification from a recognized university in Marketing or Business, a Post Graduate diploma in these fields would be desirable.
  • Experience in working within KSA is mandatory, Upper Gulf & KSA Market insight knowledge is desirable
  • Minimum 5 years' sales or marketing experience at an FMCG company
  • Proven track record in leadership, people management, marketing strategy, and stakeholder management
  • Advanced presentation, competitor analysis, and project management skills
