We are looking to build our talent pool of Sales Specialists in our Waikato Farm Source Stores – from Pukekohe to Tokoroa and everywhere in between!

Being part of the talent pool means that while there might not be role available straight away, you’re the first person we call when one comes up.

About the Opportunity

The mighty Waikato is home to a number of our Farm Source stores meaning there’s always plenty of room for people eager to join the teams! We’re putting the call out for agricultural enthusiasts with great people skills to register their interest for current and future vacancies across our stores.

 

As a new addition to our Waikato whanau, you’ll not only provide sound farming product advice to our customers but also get stuck in to everything from merchandising, to on farm order delivery and even sneak in the odd workout lifting some heavy products around the store. You’ll never be bored in this fast-paced role!

Please note, hours of work will vary across roles with both part-time and full-time opportunities. Stores operate Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm with rostered Saturdays 9am – 12pm.

 

About You

We’re looking for motivated, people focused individuals who are eager to learn and can bring a positive, can-do approach.

 

With that in hand, we’d love to see candidates with a strong customer service background and connection to the agricultural industry. However, we’re equally open to candidates looking to make a move straight off farm, or keen customer service stars who are eager to learn all about the industry.

 

Sound like you, other key things we’re on the lookout for includes:

  • A good level of physical fitness – you’ll have no issues getting your daily step count in!
  • A full, clean drivers’ licence
