Our Story

Edendale site has been manufacturing cheese for over 124 years, making it the New Zealand's oldest site still in operation. Edendale's four dryers (including ED4, one of the world’s largest driers), convert milk into whole, skim, and buttermilk powders and the site's casein plant produces mineral casein for the Japanese and North American markets. The Anhydrous Milk Fat (AMF) plant exports product for use in consumer foods around the world.

Our Stirling site is a Cheese and Whey processing plant.  Here at Stirling, we are making the move to Biomass which is part of our long-term environmental strategy.  This will offer a great opportunity to be part of our future operating model.
